EVEREST

The Veterans Research and Education Foundation of St. Louis is administering a new clinical trial, the ROXI-EVEREST study, to evaluate a new potential treatment for stroke and systemic embolism prevention.

About the Study

ROXI-EVEREST is a phase 3, randomized, multicenter, double-blind study. Its purpose is to assess the prevention of stroke and systemic embolism using REGN7508, a monoclonal antibody against factor XI, compared to apixaban.

Participant Eligibility

This study is designed for participants with atrial fibrillation (AF) who are at risk for stroke and/or systemic embolism and for whom oral anticoagulation is unsuitable.
