Community Outreach

Each year, our staff and Board of Directors volunteer their time to support other local nonprofit organizations and community initiatives. The Annual Day of Service is an opportunity for our organization to give back, strengthen community bonds, and support the broader ecosystem of care and service that our veterans rely on.

Each year, the VA hosts Research Day to highlight and celebrate the achievements of VA researchers. This event recognizes their vital role in providing high-quality care for Veterans and advancing medical science.

As a member of the National Association of Veterans’ Research and Education Foundations (NAVREF), we participate in their annual national conference, which brings together leaders from VA-affiliated nonprofit organizations, the Department of Veterans Affairs, academia, and industry to learn from one another.

We organize Veteran-centric fundraising events throughout the year. Each event is designed to raise essential funds that directly support new and ongoing research projects aimed at improving the health and well-being of our Veterans.
