Dr. Nikhil Panda

Dr. Nikhil Panda is a clinical cardiac electrophysiologist at the St. Louis VA with advanced expertise in all aspects of clinical cardiac electrophysiology, including complex ablation such as atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia, and device therapy including leadless pacing, left atrial appendage occlusion, his-bundle pacing, left bundle pacing, and cardiac contractility modulation device implantation for heart failure.

He is an active basic science and clinical researcher with over 30 publications and NIH funding. Active research projects include new and more effect ablation techniques for persistent atrial fibrillation, novel device therapy for heart failure, and cell and tissue engineering for cardiac arrhythmias. Passionate about fellow and research training and education.
